1. COMMITTEE
Legend Golf Tour Committee (further: Committee) present is responsible for the sporting aspects of the
tournament and whose decision on the Rules of Golf will be final. Chief Referee: LEONARDO PETROCELLI.

2. FORM OF PLAY, ELIGIBILITY
The Tournament results will be decided by one 18-hole round played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited, Terms of this Competition and the Local Rules as approved by the Committee.

The tournament will be played in 1 group:
HCP 0-36 (Stroke Netto, both men and women).

The handicap index certified at the date of entry will be used for all purposes. Players must provide a certified notice of their handicap index from national golf authority or entrant’s home club if asked by committee.

The Committee reserves the right to confirm the player’s handicap at any time before or during the tournament.

3. PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS
Professional players are welcome to participate in the tournament, but they will not be eligible for prizes. Their participation will be purely exhibitionary.

4. ETIQUETTE, DRESS CODE AND REGISTRATION
Players and their caddies shall abide by the by-laws, rules, and dress regulations of the modern golf etiquette. Caddies are prohibited from wearing golf shoes. Players and caddies should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship always.

5. BREACH AND PENALTIES
1. Breach Player will be warned by a Rules Official and told that if he/she has a further breach he/she will be penalised.
2. Breach One stroke penalty.
3. Breach Two stroke penalty.
4. Breach Disqualification.

6. NUMBER OF COMPETITORS
Maximum number of participants is 48 players. If entries exceed 48, the participation of the players will be confirmed on the first come, first served principle. This decision will be taken by the Committee.

The highest allowed handicap for this competition is 36 (players with higher HCP will play with handicap of 36).

7. PAYMENT FOR PARTICIPATION
Payment to be made via the online banking payment system www.legendgolftour.com

8. PRIZE MONEY PAYOUTS

Participants must register a Clique account in advance by downloading the Clique Finance mobile application to qualify for the prize fund provided by our partner.

If the registration is completed no later than 45 days before the tournament stage, a physical card will be issued and made available by the commencement of the event.

9. POINT SYSTEM

In each tournament, points will be awarded to the top 10 players in the final standings: from 100 to 10 points, depending on the finishing position.

Points earned will contribute to two leaderboards:

• Stage leaderboard (per tournament)
• Season leaderboard

At the end of the season, the players with the highest total scores will receive additional prizes and awards.

10. ENTRIES, WITHDRAWALS AND TEE TIMES

10.1. Entries will close 3 days before the start of each tour stage. They must be made online at time of submitting the online application form. An entrant’s form will not have been officially received until his/her name has been approved and added on the players list. All entries are subject to the approval of the Committee which reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without giving reason for its decision, which shall be final.

10.2. Refunds Following Withdrawal. Entry fees will be refunded only if a written notice of withdrawal is received 30 days prior to the start of each stage. A player will also be refunded if his/ her entry is rejected by the Committee, if he/ she is assigned to the reserve list and does not subsequently compete, or if he/ she is withdrawing due to medical reasons (medical certification required).

11. PRACTICE
Practice on the course on a day of a round is not allowed before the tournament round. Exception applies when a player has finished his/ her round of the tournament and there is no reasonable chance that he/ she may have to participate in the play-off for this tournament. However, if a player who has practised after finishing his/her final round and has to participate in a play-off, the penalties for breach override this exception.
1. Breach Two stroke penalty (Applied to the player’s first hole).
2. Breach Disqualification.

12. CADDIES
The competitor is fully responsible for his/her caddie’s actions. Any breach of rules, competition conditions or Code of Conduct by the caddie results in a penalty to the player. A player’s caddy must not be a professional or a non-amateur.

13. COMPETITION CANCELLED OR ALTERED
The Committee reserves the right to cancel any round, suspend or postpone play, cancel the competition, and come to an equitable decision to achieve a result. If the competition is entirely cancelled, organizer of the tournament shall refund the registration fee to the competitors. Any other expenses, including but not limited to the travel & accommodation expenses are not refunded.

14. PACE OF PLAY
Players should refer to the R&A Manual for Pace of Play.

15. RETURNING OF SCORE CARD
A player’s score card is deemed officially returned to the Committee when the player has left thedesignated Scoring Area.

16. CLOSE OF THE COMPETITION AND DISPUTES
Any dispute or doubtful point on the Rules must be referred to the Committee as soon as possible and before the conclusion of play. The Competition will be deemed closed once the results are officially announced at the award ceremony, when the trophies have been awarded to both group winners.

17. DECISION OF TIES
In the event of tie for first place, the winner shall be decided by a play-off by stroke play over holes to be selected by the Committee. The competitor with the lowest aggregate score over the extra hole/s shall be declared the winner. In the event of a further tie, the winner shall be decided hole-by-hole over the same or extra hole/s. In the event of tie for second or third place, the places shall be decided on best score in the last 9, 6 and 3 holes.

18. DISCLAIMER
On entering the competition, the player/ player’s representative agrees that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks as well as agree that personal data being processed during the competition and after it, any kind of video or images can be taken, and this material can be used for publicity needs. Players/players’ representatives acknowledge and agree that they assume full civil liability for any material and non-material damages and/or losses caused to third parties.
